Insurance Services: Our Services include providing decision support related to insurance through tools, links, and recommendations on our Site. All information is for general informational and educational purposes.
Insurance Products: We are a licensed independent insurance broker in the state of Ohio. We do not underwrite insurance policies but facilitate the sale of third-party insurance products, which are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective insurance carriers.

Survival: Sections regarding Indemnification, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, and this Term section survive termination.
15. Dispute Resolution
Arbitration: Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, with the exception of small claims court actions and certain intellectual property claims. The arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) or JAMS, with the arbitrator's decision being final and enforceable.
Opt-Out: You may opt out of this arbitration provision within 30 days of first becoming subject to it by emailing support@simplycoveredlife.com with your name, address, and a statement of your desire to opt out.
16. Miscellaneous
Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio.
Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Simply Covered, LLC concerning the subject matter.
